Booking & Cancellations
Q By when should I make a reservation?
Please book by 18:00 the day before. Same-day requests may be possible by phone if availability remains.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX), PayPay, and d-payment are accepted. Payment is on-site on the day of your tour — no advance payment required.
Q What should I do if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made on the day before or on the day of your tour are subject to a 100% charge. No fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unfavorable sea conditions.
Q Can I book for a group?
Yes — groups are welcome. Discounts are available for 10+ people. Please contact us by phone or form.
Day of Tour・Clothing
Q What should I wear?
Please bring a swimsuit and a change of clothes (including underwear). If you need a bath towel, let us know before booking and we can prepare one. You will wear a wetsuit; bring sunscreen if you burn easily.
Q What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the meeting time given when you booked. We meet in front of our shop in Yomitan. Free dedicated parking is available if you come by car.
Q Are there lockers and changing rooms?
Yes — we have changing rooms, showers, and coin lockers. Please store valuables in a locker.
Q Do you take photos during the tour?
Yes! Guides shoot with underwater cameras and share the photo data free after the tour. Keep your memories.
Q Can children join?
Each activity has an age range:
• Snorkeling: ages 3–60
• Sea kayak: ages 2–60
• SUP: ages 9–60
• Parasailing: ages 6+
Guests over 60 who stay active and have good mobility may still be able to join — please contact us first.
Wetsuits are available from 110 cm to 190 cm, so we can fit small children through taller guests safely.
Experience & Safety
Q I can't swim — can I join?
Yes — you are very welcome! Life jackets are worn on every tour. Swimming ability is not required. Certified guides support you throughout.
Q Will the tour be canceled if it rains?
Even if it rains, we usually run the tour when ocean conditions (waves and wind) are fine. We cancel only when safety cannot be ensured — for example typhoons or high waves — and in that case we provide a full refund.
Q What if I have a medical condition?
Guests with certain conditions (such as heart disease, asthma, or epilepsy) may not be able to join. If you are unsure, please ask us in advance. Participation after drinking or when unwell is not allowed.
Q Can I use sunscreen?
To protect the coral reefs, please use reef-friendly non-chemical (mineral) sunscreen. We also sell it at the shop.

Q Is there parking?
Yes — free dedicated parking for about 10 regular cars. If you are coming by large bus, please contact us in advance.
Q Do you speak English?
Yes — English-speaking staff are available. Please let us know when you book if you need English support.
Q How do I get there?
We are in Yomitan, Okinawa. About 60 minutes by car from Naha Airport. A rental car is most convenient; local buses are also available. See the Access page for details.
