By when should I make a reservation?
Please book by 18:00 the day before. Same-day requests may be possible by phone if availability remains.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX), PayPay, and d-payment are accepted. Payment is on-site on the day of your tour — no advance payment required.
What should I do if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made on the day before or on the day of your tour are subject to a 100% charge. No fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unfavorable sea conditions.
Can I book for a group?
Yes — groups are welcome. Discounts are available for 10+ people. Please contact us by phone or form.
